Content and consent policy

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Every recognizable person depicted in submitted boudoir, intimate, or otherwise sensitive content must also have been at least 18 when the content was created. Content involving or appearing to involve a minor is prohibited and must not be uploaded.

Rights and model consent

Before each protected submission, the uploader must attest to the current statement version and confirm they own or control the necessary rights and have informed, voluntary permission from every recognizable person for the specific review use. A general platform account consent does not replace a client agreement or model release.

• Permission must cover creation and the private educational review requested.
• The uploader must be able to produce appropriate evidence if a rights, privacy, or takedown concern is reported.
• Coercive, deceptive, stolen, non-consensual, exploitative, or unlawfully created content is prohibited.

Private by default

A submission begins with private visibility. It is available only to the submitting student, the assigned reviewer, and specifically authorized staff with a recorded operational reason. Submission originals and derivatives are kept in private storage and delivered through expiring signed access.

Separate visibility grants

Rights attestation and visibility are separate records. Cohort, academy-community, future-public, and marketing use each require an explicit grant. No unchecked option is treated as consent. Revocation is recorded and stops future optional use, but cannot undo a use that was already lawfully completed or erase evidence that must be retained.

• Private review does not authorize community or marketing display.
• A cohort grant does not authorize academy-wide, public, or advertising use.
• Future-public or marketing use may require an additional written model release and owner approval before publication.

Sensitive display controls

Uploaders must select an accurate content notice. Sensitive and artistic-nudity previews are blurred by default when configured. Private images are not embedded in notification emails. RAW, PSD, and other private attachments are not rendered to general reviewers in the browser.

Review, critique, and access

Critique assignments are resource-scoped. Reviewers may access only assigned submissions, and authorized original access is logged with actor, role, variant, reason, and time. Critiques and revision history are append-only evidence: a later revision does not silently overwrite the earlier submission or delivered critique.

Reporting and urgent concerns

Use the content report workflow for privacy, rights, takedown, deletion, or other content concerns. Include enough detail to identify the work and your relationship to it. Authorized staff record investigation and resolution. For an immediate safety risk or suspected child sexual abuse material, do not redistribute the content; contact appropriate emergency or reporting authorities and notify the platform through the safest available channel.

Withdrawal, deletion, and retention

A student may withdraw a submission or request deletion where available. Eligible stored media may be deleted or access-restricted, while attestations, visibility changes, critiques, reports, sensitive-access logs, financial records, and other evidence may be retained when needed for consent proof, safety, legal claims, fraud prevention, or append-only integrity. The privacy request history states whether a request is requested, verified, processing, completed, or rejected.

Enforcement

The platform may quarantine, restrict, or remove content; revoke assignments or access; preserve evidence; notify affected people or providers; and make legally required reports. Enforcement decisions must be authorized, reasoned, and auditable. A browser message alone never proves an action completed.

Questions before upload

If you are uncertain about age, rights, model permission, release scope, or whether a visibility grant is appropriate, do not upload or grant broader visibility until you have resolved the issue and, when appropriate, obtained qualified legal advice.
